On June 4, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province requested departments and localities to focus on resolving difficulties and problems, clearing the site for the Km144+560 rest stop project on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway.
Recently, the investment progress in the construction of the rest stop at Km144+560 on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway, the section passing through Tuy Phong district, is still very slow. The reason given is difficulties and problems in compensation and site clearance.
In order to implement the construction station at Km144+560 Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway according to the progress, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Construction, the People's Committee of Tuy Phong district to focus on resolving difficulties and problems, speeding up the compensation and site clearance project of the above -mentioned stop station. The timeline of completion of the handover to the investor was given by June 15, 2025.
At the same time, the above units coordinate, support and guide Project Management Board 7, investors to resolve procedures related to land allocation, land lease, construction protection and implementation of financial obligations of investors, including transfer of compensation and support funds.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Binh Thuan province urgently appraised the cadastral map. No later than June 5, 2025, this unit will send to Tuy Phong District People's Committee to implement compensation procedures and site clearance to ensure the required progress.
The Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway is 100.8km long through Binh Thuan province, with 2 rest stops planned at Km 205+092 (Ham Thuan Bac district) and at Km 144+560 (Tuy Phong district). The area of each station is 10 hectares, including the left and right sides of the route. From August 20, 2024, the investor of the rest stop at Km 205 has started construction after receiving the site handover.
