The Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway is planned to have 2 rest stops at Km 205+092 (Ham Thuan Bac district) and at Km 144+560 (Tuy Phong district). The area of each station is 10 hectares, including the left and right sides of the route.
From August 20, 2024, the investor of the rest stop at Km 205 has started construction after receiving the site handover. Currently, the People's Committee of Ham Thuan Bac district has mobilized people to hand over 100% of the site in advance for construction.

The rest stop at Km144 has not yet completed the site handover stage. The Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway Management Board said that it is expected that in April, the legal procedures will be resolved to hand over the site at this location.
The 100.8km Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway through Binh Thuan province was opened to traffic and put into operation in May 2023. Up to now, it has been in operation for nearly 2 years but there are only 2 temporary rest stops to solve the need for rest stops, cleaning and dining for people traveling on the expressway.
