According to the file, the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Tri Provincial Police is investigating the case of "Intentionally causing injury" that occurred on July 30, 2022 in hamlet 3 Phuc Khe, Phuc Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province (now hamlet 3 Phuc Khe, Phong Nha commune, Quang Tri province).
During the investigation, functional agencies prosecuted defendant Le Van Hung for the crime of "Intentionally causing injury", according to point d, clause 2, Article 134 of the Penal Code.
On May 16, 2025, because the defendant was not present in the locality and had already exited the country, the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Tri Provincial Police issued an arrest warrant for Le Van Hung.
