On the morning of May 19, at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in the E2 Hill historical site, Dien Bien province, many delegations, a large number of people and students in the area offered incense to celebrate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026).

The delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province, led by Mr. Tran Tien Dung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation offered flowers, incense and observed a minute of silence to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation vowed to forever study and follow his noble ideology, ethics, and style.
Along with that, promoting the tradition of solidarity, spirit of responsibility, determination to successfully complete socio-economic development tasks, building Dien Bien homeland to become increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized, and people of ethnic groups in the province to become increasingly prosperous and happy.



Also on the morning of May 19, joining the crowd of people coming to offer incense to remember Uncle Ho, teachers and students who achieved high results in their studies at Thanh Yen Primary School (Thanh Yen commune, Dien Bien province) also offered incense to report to Uncle Ho.
Luong Ngoc Diem (student of Thanh Yen Elementary School) - said that she is very proud and honored to visit the relic and offer incense to Uncle Ho right on President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, and promised to be obedient and study well to be worthy of the title of good grandchild of Uncle Ho.


On this occasion, Him Lam Secondary School (Muong Thanh ward, Dien Bien province) also organized the admission of new union members for 72 outstanding young people to officially join the ranks of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Being admitted to a "red address" bearing a strong historical imprint right on the occasion of Uncle Ho's birthday is a source of pride for each student.
