On July 10, Dong Nai City organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the DT. 770B Road Construction Project. This is a key traffic project in Dong Nai City in response to the special 500-day and night emulation drive "Solidarity - Discipline - Efficiency - Breakthrough" according to Resolution 05-NQ/TU dated May 1, 2026 of the City Party Committee Executive Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Linh - Deputy Director of the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board said: The DT. 770B road construction project passes through 9 communes and wards including: Xuan Bac, Gia Kiem, Xuan Que, Xuan Duong, Long Phuoc, Phuoc Thai, Dau Giay, Binh Loc, Xuan Lap. The project has a total length of about 49.7km, with a total investment of 4,704 billion VND. Representatives of the City Construction Investment Project Management Board committed to implementing the project ensuring progress, quality, and safety.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai City People's Committee, said: DT. 770B road is identified as one of the strategic traffic axes, connecting the northern and eastern areas of the city with National Highway 51, with expressways, industrial parks, logistics centers and especially Long Thanh airport.
Along with key projects such as DT. 769, DT. 773, Ring Road 4, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway and many other strategic infrastructure projects, DT. 770B route will contribute to completing a modern transportation network, creating a foundation for Dong Nai to develop into a high-tech industrial, logistics, aviation service and important trade gateway of the country as well as the region.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh requested the City Construction Investment Project Management Board, consulting and supervision units and construction contractors to ensure technical and artistic quality of the project; absolutely comply with regulations on labor safety, traffic safety and environmental protection; departments, branches and local authorities to continue to accompany the investor, proactively remove difficulties and obstacles in site clearance, supply of construction materials, relocation of technical infrastructure and complete related procedures, creating all favorable conditions for the project to be implemented smoothly and on schedule.
DT 770B road, starting point intersecting with DT. 763 road and ending point intersecting with National Highway 51, investing in 6 motorized lanes, building 14 bridges and 6 traffic intersections on the route. The project also connects Xuan Que - Song Nhan industrial parks, Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial park, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, Cai Mep - Thi Vai seaport area (HCMC).
