In which, the investment project to build the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien metro line to the new administrative center, Long Thanh airport has been approved by the City People's Committee for the Feasibility Study Report of the compensation project. In early July 2026, compensation and site clearance procedures have begun to be implemented according to regulations, completion milestone before December 31, 2026.

For 5 important transport projects that have been focused on directing and have carried out compensation and site clearance work since March 2026, the set progress has been ensured and will be completed before September 30, 2026.
Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project approved the compensation plan at a rate of 92%, receiving land handover at a rate of 60%; the DT 770B road project approved the compensation plan at a rate of 84%, receiving land handover at a rate of 59%; the DT. 773 road project approved the compensation plan at a rate of 63%, receiving land handover at a rate of 53%; the DT. 769 road project approved the compensation plan at a rate of 77%, receiving land handover at a rate of 36%; the Huong Lo 2 road project (now Nguyen Huu Canh Avenue) approved the compensation plan at a rate of 100%, receiving land handover at a rate of 45%.

The North-South expressway construction project in the West section Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh has recovered land and handed over 94% of the land area to ensure investors can deploy project construction.
The Dong Nai City Political - Administrative Center project has basically relocated factories out of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, and a few remaining businesses are continuing to carry out relocation work according to regulations.

For key and national projects, the Dau Giay - Tan Phu expressway has cleared ground and handed over land to investors for construction, reaching about 92%; the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway has cleared ground and handed over land to investors for construction, reaching 100%; the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway has handed over 100% of the total area, the expansion of the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh expressway has mobilized households to agree to hand over land, reaching 100%; Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City has cleared ground and handed over land to investors for construction, reaching 100%.

According to Vice Chairman of Dong Nai City People's Committee Ho Van Ha, the progress of site clearance for key projects is no longer as slow as in previous years, and there have been clear quantitative progress. Localities where Party Committee Secretaries and Chairmen of Commune and Ward People's Committees pay attention to and spend time on site clearance achieve better results.
In the coming time, the City People's Committee will continue to "tighten" the progress of site handover and construction progress, this is the top priority. In the handover plan, decisions are issued with specific progress of each project, land handover milestones, and units that are slow will be evaluated by KPI.
