According to the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board, the investment project to upgrade and expand DT. 769 road has a total length of 29.75km with a total construction investment of nearly 2,800 billion VND. This is a road connecting from Dau Giay intersection to National Highway 51. The road will be upgraded and expanded with a scale of 6-8 lanes.
DT. 769 road passes through 3 communes and wards including: Dau Giay, Binh An, Long Thanh; and is also a vital traffic route serving the transportation of goods from the Northern and Central Highlands provinces to Long Thanh, Nhon Trach areas and vice versa.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of Investment to upgrade and expand DT. 769 road, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai City People's Committee Ho Van Ha emphasized: This is one of the projects of great significance in realizing the goal of developing Dong Nai into a new growth pole of the Southeast region, a national industrial, logistics and aviation service center.
The synchronous investment in these routes is a strategic solution to form the western gateway traffic axis of Long Thanh airport, directly connecting with National Highway 1, National Highway 51, expressways and inter-regional traffic networks. When completed, the routes will contribute to reducing traffic congestion on existing routes; creating favorable conditions for transporting passengers and goods from neighboring areas to Long Thanh airport.
As for the project to upgrade and expand DT. 773 route, the total investment in infrastructure is more than 2,500 billion VND, with a length of about 36.6km, passing through communes and wards: Xuan Hoa, Xuan Loc, Xuan Phu, Xuan Dong, Cam My, Xuan Duong; phase 1 expands the old road surface and builds a new one with a scale of 4 lanes, roadbed width of 27m.
The starting point of the project intersects with National Highway 1 (Km1789+196) in Xuan Hoa commune, the ending point to Huong Lo 10 intersecting with Ring Road 4 in Xuan Duong commune (Km36+640).
The investment project to upgrade and expand DT. 773 road creates connectivity, shortens travel time from the above-mentioned communes and wards to Long Thanh airport and Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park; reduces the load on National Highway 1.
