Component project 2: Investment in the construction of Cat Lai bridge, including the main bridge across the river and the approach bridges at both ends of the bridge on the Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai City sides. Investment in the form of public-private partnership, type of construction - transfer (BT) contract, with Dong Nai City People's Committee as the competent authority.
Project to expand Nguyen Thi Dinh street from My Thuy traffic junction to Dong Nai river. Equitable investment from Ho Chi Minh City's budget capital.
For Long Hung bridge (Dong Nai 2), it is agreed to separate into independent projects.

Project to build a road connecting from Phu My 2 bridge to Nguyen Ai Quoc street (25C). Invested in the form of public-private partnership, build-transfer (BT) contract type, with Dong Nai City People's Committee as the competent authority.
