People carrying many belongings moving on cars and motorbikes running on National Highway 20, National Highway 14, National Highway 1, National Highway 51, passing through Dong Nai increased, the flow of people returning to work and study after the long Tet holiday increased.
On National Highway 1, cars and motorbikes rush back to Ho Chi Minh City stretching for many kilometers. Local traffic congestion occurs at some points during the day, especially the section through Trang Bom commune, the section from Bau Xeo industrial park to Vo Nguyen Giap road to Ho Chi Minh City.
Meanwhile, in the afternoon of the same day, February 22, on the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway and Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway section passing through Dong Nai province, the volume of vehicles was still at a high level in the direction from the Central provinces to Ho Chi Minh City. At noon on the same day, February 22, a chain traffic accident of 7 cars occurred on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway, causing prolonged traffic congestion.
