On March 26, the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board is proposing that the Bien Hoa City People's Committee completely resolve problems related to compensation and site clearance for households and sections through Long Hung commune to continue the construction of the Huong Lo 2 - 1 road investment project (Bien Hoa city).
The Huong Lo 2 - Section 1 project has a route length of nearly 2km, the starting point of the route intersects with National Highway 51 and the end point of the existing asphalt concrete road intersection (An Hoa - Long Hung), with a total investment of nearly 783 billion VND from the provincial budget.

The project implementation progress by the end of 2024 has completed the road with a total length of more than 1.3 km. However, for the An Hoa 2 bridge item, which is stuck with 250m of site clearance through Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa city, the site has not been handed over.
There are 42 households in Long Hung commune that have approved compensation plans but have not yet paid compensation due to encroachment on the boundaries of the two projects of Long Hung open urban economic zone and Huong Lo 2 road.
Currently, the contractor has to temporarily suspend construction.

Huong Lo 2 route is planned to be a new traffic axis connecting Bien Hoa City with Ho Chi Minh City, shortening the distance and travel time; at the same time, contributing to reducing traffic volume on National Highway 51.
Huong Lo 2 - section 1, from National Highway 51 to the intersection with the existing asphalt road (An Hoa - Long Hung road, Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa city) is under construction investment. However, with section 2 of Huong Lo 2, connecting from the border of Long Hung commune to the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway, not yet constructed, the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board is taking steps to propose an investment policy.
At the same time, Vam Cai Sut bridge (total length of the entire route is about 649m) on Huong Lo 2 has completed construction.
