On January 19, information from the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project (section through Dong Nai province) has so far been handed over to Nhon Trach district with an entire area of about 65 hectares, reaching 100% of the project area.
The area of land that can be constructed is about 64 hectares, reaching about 99% of the total area.
About 1 hectare has not been constructed because some households have received compensation but have not yet relocated their assets on the land.
According to the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, contractors are currently implementing 21 construction projects along the entire route with a total of about 200 motorbikes and equipment, 70 engineers and more than 300 workers.
Up to now, the total value of the implementation of 3 construction packages of the project has reached more than 370 billion VND out of the total contract value of more than 1,800 billion VND, reaching 20% of the contract value.
Of which, with package number 26, construction of the section from the beginning of the route to the intersection with provincial road 25C, the implemented output reached 70 billion VND out of the total contract value of nearly 467 billion VND, reaching about 15% of the contract value.
With package No. 29, constructing the section from the intersection of provincial road 25C to the intersection of provincial road 25B, the output reached 180 billion VND out of the total contract value of more than 681 billion VND, reaching about 26% of the contract value.
Package No. 32, construction of the section from the intersection with Provincial Road 25B to the end of the route, the implemented output reached 120 billion VND out of the total contract value of nearly 705 billion VND, reaching about 17% of the contract value.
