Regarding implementation organization, the decision also clearly states the responsibilities of each unit including Departments: Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Environment, People's Committees of wards: Dong Nguyen, Tu Son and the investor is Green Environment Co., Ltd.
In which, emphasizing that the project investor must implement the process and order of buying and selling social housing at the project to ensure compliance with housing laws; be responsible for periodically reporting the project implementation situation quarterly and annually to the Department of Construction and relevant agencies according to regulations.
The apartment building for low-income people in Bac Tu Son housing area is commercially named the Green Environment social housing project.
