According to the plan, the progress of Sub-project 1-2 (DATP 1-2): Compensation, support, resettlement and construction of service roads, in the form of public investment, the entire project site will be handed over in 2026.
Component project 2-2 (DATP2-2): Construction of the expressway section from Chau Duc bridge to Thu Bien bridge (including Thu Bien bridge), according to the public-private partnership method, the BOT contract will organize the selection of investors and sign the BOT contract to be completed in June 2026 to start the project in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project has a total length of 159 km passing through the provinces of: Dong Nai, Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City. In which, the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 through Dong Nai province is more than 46 km long and is divided into 2 component projects.
