The Northeast wind will maintain strong intensity over the southern seas. Above, the subtropical high pressure with an axis through the Central region is stable.
In the next 3-10 days, the continental cold high pressure will strengthen to the South, then stabilize and weaken; around December 12-13, it will be strongly replenished. From December 8, the tropical depression in the East of the central Philippines is likely to enter the East Sea and strengthen into a storm.
In the southern seas, the Northeast wind will be strong, especially from December 9-12, it tends to decrease. Above, the subtropical high pressure will maintain a stable intensity, become stronger and encroach on the West from December 9-10, gradually weakening and retreating slowly to the East by December 13.
The weather in the South is generally dry, humidity decreases; some days are cold at night and early morning. Strong sunshine during the day can affect health. In the evening and at night, there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places.
Regarding high tides, the water level on the Saigon River will increase slowly in the next 1-2 days and then decrease again. The highest peak tide of this period may appear on December 6-7.
It is necessary to be vigilant for heavy rain, strong northeast winds of level 6, gusts of level 7-8 combined with high tides that can cause flooding in low-lying areas, along rivers, affecting traffic and socio-economic activities.
