The Vietnam Road Administration directs Road Management Zones to closely monitor forecasts and warnings of heavy rain that could cause floods and inundation to proactively prevent them, especially localities that are focusing on overcoming the consequences of damage caused by recent floods.
Maintain direction, operation and readiness to transfer materials and equipment when local authorities request, to ensure rapid, safe and efficient traffic restoration; prepare forces and means to participate in rescue when order is issued.
