76 tourists swimming in Lam Dong sea drowned

Lam Dong - Tourists from Ho Chi Minh City came to Cam Binh beach for tourism and swimming and drowned.

At noon on March 21, at Cam Binh beach in Phuoc Hoi ward, Lam Dong province, a drowning incident occurred, killing a male tourist.

The victim is Mr. N.N.V (born 1950, residing in Ho Chi Minh City). According to initial information, at the above time, Mr. V. went swimming in the sea and unfortunately drowned.

Discovering the incident, the rescue force quickly swam out to approach, brought the victim ashore and performed first aid. Immediately after that, an ambulance arrived at the scene, transferring Mr. V. to La Gi Regional General Hospital for emergency treatment.

At the hospital, doctors and nurses actively implemented rescue measures. However, the victim did not survive.

According to local people, at the time of the incident, the Cam Binh sea area had big waves and strong winds.

It is known that Mr. V and a group of friends went on a trip to Cam Binh beach.

After the incident occurred, functional agencies contacted the victim's relatives to coordinate in carrying out necessary procedures, handing over the body to the family to take home for funeral arrangements.
