Plan to arrange and assign working headquarters, facilities, and equipment of agencies and units when implementing the arrangement and consolidation of administrative units; propose the task of adjusting the Plan to preserve and promote the value of Hung Temple Historical Site, Phu Tho province until 2040.
At the conference, the Department of Construction reported on the plan to build public housing and arrange accommodation for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers after the merger of the three provinces of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh.
Accordingly, the total number of cadres, civil servants and public employees of Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh provinces expected to register for accommodation is 4,405 people, of which the cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee are 270 people; civil servants and public employees are 4,135 people.
Through the review, the Department of Construction has organized working with 3 units currently managing and operating housing invested with State budget capital including: Hung Vuong University dormitory; Phu Tho Provincial Convention Center Guest House; Minh Phuong Urban Area Student Apartment Area to arrange accommodation for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers after the merger of the province.

After listening to the discussion opinions of departments and branches, the Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee said that for public housing for officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, it is necessary to study and calculate the arrangement of public housing plans at the premises of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and Provincial Conference Center, ensuring compliance with current regulations on beneficiaries of public housing regimes.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to urgently review the existing housing fund, propose the plan to renovate and arrange housing accommodation for civil servants and public employees; At the same time, based on the actual needs, researching and building a new public -service residential area at the provincial conference center campus to meet the immediate needs and can flexibly change the use of functions in accordance with the actual requirements in the coming time, report to the Provincial People's Committee.
At the same time, urgently speed up the implementation of social housing projects in the area, prioritizing the allocation of facilities for subjects eligible for social housing support according to the law, especially those facing housing difficulties. He assigned the Department of Finance to study and propose policies to support travel, ensure stable working and living conditions for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
