On November 22, the Department of Transport of Phu Tho province issued Document No. 3769/SGTVT-QLGT, announcing the completed road sections put into operation and use of the Inter-regional Traffic Road project connecting Ho Chi Minh road with National Highway 70B, National Highway 32C from Phu Tho province to Yen Bai province.
According to the above document of the Department of Transport sent to the People's Committee of Cam Khe district and the People's Committee of Ha Hoa district, the sections of Provincial Road 315D under the Inter-regional Traffic Road project connecting Ho Chi Minh road with National Highway 70B, National Highway 32C from Phu Tho province to Yen Bai province have been accepted, handed over and put into operation and use from November 15, 2024 with a length of 26.375 km.
Including: Section lm4+830.87 - Km6+176 and section Km7+500 - Km8+000 Provincial Road 315D, in Dong Luong commune, Cam Khe district.
Section Km9+146.54 - Km28+313.83 Provincial Road 315D, in Cam Khe district, through the communes: Van Khuc, Chuong Xa, Ta Xa, Huong Lung, Son Tinh, Cap Dan, Tung Khe, Van Ban, Tam Son, Thuy Lieu, Ngo Xa, Tien Luong.
Section Km29+153.83 - Km30+800 Provincial Road 315D, in Tien Luong commune, Cam Khe district and section Km34+942 - Km38+293.05 Provincial Road 315D, in Ha Hoa district, through the communes: Van Lang, Bang Gia, Vo Tranh.
The Department of Transport informs the People's Committee of Cam Khe district and the People's Committee of Ha Hoa district to know and coordinate in the management and protection of road traffic infrastructure, ensuring traffic and traffic safety according to regulations.
Thus, more than 50 km of the main route of the Inter-regional Traffic Road project connecting Ho Chi Minh Road with National Highway 70B, National Highway 32C of Phu Tho province to Yen Bai province from Cam Khe district, Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province to Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province has been officially handed over and put into operation.
Currently, the main inter-regional road has only over 2 km left from Km0 - Km2+452 in Lam Son commune, Tam Nong district, which is under construction. This is a road section that has been invested in after the People's Council of Phu Tho province approved the adjustment of the investment policy from the end of 2023 (construction later).
Along with the above-mentioned road section, the inter-regional road project is starting to implement the construction of Package No. 32: Construction of a branch line (winning bid price of over 96 billion VND), a road section of over 3km long connecting from the main line in Cap Dan commune (Cam Khe district) to Cam Khe industrial park (Cam Khe district).
The inter-regional road project put into operation will become a new "backbone" traffic route through the districts on the right bank of the Red River (Thao River) of Phu Tho province, helping to increase the efficiency of national highways, provincial roads, district roads... in the area, reducing the load on National Highway 32C. Along with that, it will increase regional connectivity between Phu Tho province and Yen Bai province, between districts and industrial parks/clusters of Phu Tho, creating momentum for socio-economic development.
The Inter-regional Road Project connecting Ho Chi Minh Road with National Highway 70B, National Highway 32C from Phu Tho province to Yen Bai province has a total adjusted investment of VND 2,120 billion, and was started by the Investor, the Department of Transport of Phu Tho province, on December 1, 2021.
