The young man in black kicked a black student repeatedly in a white shirt, causing him to convulse.
According to initial verification by Vang Danh Ward Police, the incident occurred at around 11:00 a.m. on August 29 in Group 2, Nam Trung area.
At this time, D.H.D (born in 2008, residing in Trung Vuong 7 area, Vang Danh ward, grade 12 student) had a conflict over words with L.S.H (born in 2009, grade 11 student, residing in Nam Son area, Vang Danh ward) and N.D.Q (born in 2009, grade 11 student, residing in Chup Khe area, Vang Danh ward).
In which, H (wearing black shirt in the clip) and Q assaulted D. Both are currently students of the College of Construction.
As a result, D suffered a tear in the left eye area, had to be sutured 4 times and is being treated at Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital.
Immediately after receiving the report, Vang Danh Ward Police quickly began investigating, verifying the incident, collecting documents, recording witness statements, extracting camera footage at the scene of the incident, etc., focusing on consolidating the case file to handle it according to regulations.
As for male student D, his health is basically stable and he is being monitored by the medical team.
