Accordingly, at about 9:14 a.m. on June 30, during a patrol and control on the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, the Working Group of the Highway Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department (Team 2) led by Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Thai received a distress signal from a passenger car with license plate 15B-041.XX.
In the car, a child Minh K (7 years old) traveling with her mother, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich T (40 years old, residing in Chien Thang, An Lao, Hai Phong) showed signs of purple, convulsions, unconsciousness, and needed emergency care.
The working group immediately deployed a support plan, using a special traffic police vehicle, turned on the horn and priority lights, quickly escorted and took the child to Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi) for emergency care in the shortest time.
Up to now, the child's health is stable and he is being monitored by a brain monitor shared by the family representative.
