On the evening of May 1st, Tan Tuc Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police - PC08) organized patrols and handled alcohol concentration violations on the routes under its responsibility.
In the process of performing their duties, the working group discovered and made records of many violations.

At about 8 pm, functional forces discovered Mr. T.T. E (from Dong Thap) driving a motorbike through the Le Boi - Trinh Quang Nghi intersection (Binh Dong ward) showing signs of using alcohol and beer.
The test results showed that the alcohol concentration in this person's breath was 0.547 mg/liter of breath, exceeding 0.4 mg/liter - the highest violation threshold.
Working with the traffic police, Mr. E said that he is a construction worker. During the holiday, the contractor organized a meal, so he and a group of friends drank beer.

Normally I drink little, mainly go home from work to prepare meals, but today I was treated to a treat, so the brothers sat down and drank a little," he said.
For the above violation, Mr. E was fined 9 million VND, temporarily seized the vehicle and revoked his driver's license for 23 months.

Continuing the patrol, the task force discovered Mr. N.H. H (67 years old) riding a bicycle but with an alcohol concentration of 0.365 mg/liter of breath. He said that for many years he had a habit of drinking a little alcohol in the evening to fall asleep easily.
I thought only motorbikes and cars would be handled, but bicycles were okay, so I still drove normally," he said.
After being reminded and explained by the functional forces, he said he would learn from experience and not continue to violate to avoid causing danger to himself and others.

At about 9 pm, the traffic police team continued to discover Mr. N.T driving a vehicle on Pham The Hien street (Binh Dong ward) with an alcohol concentration of 0.150 mg/liter of breath. This person said he had drunk about 5-6 glasses of alcohol in the afternoon of the same day at a friend's invitation during the holiday.
I thought drinking that much was okay, so I still drove the vehicle as usual," Mr. T said, and also said that this was the first time violating alcohol concentration.

In the evening, the traffic police force also discovered and fined many other cases of alcohol concentration violations. All were handled according to regulations.
