The story of lotus - cranes shining brightly in the street
Binh Ngo Spring Flower Street 2026 is implemented on Ly Thuong Kiet street, the section from Truong Dinh to Dang Van Binh, with a length of about 500 m, width of 22 m. The entire space is staged like a story consisting of two chapters: "Red Lotus Color, Prosperous Tet" and "Prosperous and Peaceful Dong Thap".

The first chapter is inspired by the image of pink lotus - a typical symbol of Dong Thap - evoking cultural roots, purity and persistence to rise up. The large and small scenes are softly arranged, combined with fresh flowers, ecological materials and especially the characteristic red-crowned cranes image of Tram Chim National Park... creating a spring picture imbued with the riverine region.

Stepping into chapter two, the space is expanded with themed clusters such as "Prosperous Dawn", "Perfect Fortune Falls", "Prosperity Lanterns"... expressing the aspiration for sustainable development, green economy and civilized urban areas. Renewable energy symbols, green transformation are harmoniously interwoven with bamboo and rattan, traditional craft villages, creating a continuous flow between the past and the future.

Horse mascot - symbol of breakthrough in the new year
The highlight of the flower street is the large scene "Two Horses Opening Spring" with the image of the mascot horse in a galloping posture, jaw-spreading, with a strong face. The horse - a symbol of endurance, loyalty and will to move forward - is sent as a message to open a smooth path for the new year Binh Ngo.

The mascots are not only elaborately shaped but also use environmentally friendly materials, combined with fresh flowers and artistic light. Some miniature landscape clusters take advantage of local materials such as bamboo, rattan, water hyacinth... both honoring traditional values and spreading the message of green development.

The combination of modern installation art and folk cultural spirit has helped the horse mascot become a prominent artistic highlight, attracting a large number of people and tourists to visit and take souvenir photos.
Ensuring fine art, safety and community attraction
Not only focusing on ideas and scale, the organization and construction of the flower street is also closely concerned, ensuring quality, aesthetic elements and safety for people throughout the process of visiting, playing, and entertainment.

In addition, the balanced adjustment of the height of the entrance gate and the miniatures is noted to create visual highlights and increase the attractiveness of the overall space.
The flower street is not separated from community life but associated with a series of rich cultural and sports activities such as lion and dragon dance performances, folk songs and Dong Thap chants, folk games, folk dances... These vibrant sounds make Ly Thuong Kiet street become a "spring festival street", where all generations harmonize.
Spreading Tet joy, depicting the image of Dong Thap rising up
In the days leading up to Tet, the flow of people flocking to visit is increasing. Adults find old Tet memories through folk games, folk songs; young children are excited about the brilliant horse mascot; young people preserve moments of reunion with family and friends.

The overall project is a wish for peace, prosperity, and smooth progress sent to each family, and at the same time depicts the image of a dynamic, meaningful, and sustainable Dong Thap.
Amidst the pink lotus color and the rhythm of the spring opening horse hooves, Cao Lanh in Tet days seems to put on a new look - more brilliant, more confident - opening a new year full of hope.
