The project is expected to arrange 2 stations: Bong Son Station (Hoai Nhon Nam Ward) and Dieu Tri Station (Tuy Phuoc Tay Commune). The total land use demand is about 758 hectares, of which the cost of site clearance (GPMB) is about VND 6,410 billion.

For the Quy Nhon - Pleiku expressway project, the total length of the entire route is about 125km (of which 40km passes through the old Binh Dinh and 85km passes through the old Gia Lai) passing through 17 communes and wards.

Mr. Ho Quoc Dung requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments and branches to promptly issue land price lists as a basis for site clearance, develop compensation plans, plan resettlement areas and land funds around the two high-speed railway stations. At the same time, promptly plan the dumping site, urban areas, industrial parks, and industrial clusters along the Quy Nhon - Pleiku expressway.

The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Provincial Traffic and Civil Works Project Management Board to coordinate in speeding up the progress of the land acquisition for the Quy Nhon - Pleiku Expressway; assigned the Land Fund Development Center to be responsible for the land acquisition for the High-Speed Railway project.

The Department of Finance must balance and arrange capital in the medium-term plan, and be ready to provide money for site clearance for projects. The Department of Agriculture and Environment directs investors to prepare materials for the groundbreaking.

"We must strive to start the Quy Nhon - Pleiku expressway project before the First Provincial Party Congress, considering this a project to celebrate the Congress. Require the entire political system to focus on speeding up progress," Mr. Ho Quoc Dung directed.
