HCMC - At noon on November 5, on Road 15B (in Tan My Ward), an incident occurred where a crane fell across while being transported by a tractor-trailer to the construction site.

According to the records, at that time, the tractor-trailer carrying a crane was moving on Road 15B. When the vehicle was about to reverse into the construction site, the anchor chain suddenly broke, causing the entire crane body to tilt onto the road. The metal bar weighing several tons blocked part of the lane for motorbikes, forcing many vehicles to turn around.
