On December 15, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province announced that the province has a plan to organize a groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration of works and projects to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The ceremony is scheduled to take place at 8:00 a.m. on December 19 at the project site, in the form of direct and online combinations, connecting with the general program organized by the Government nationwide.
The projects that are organized to start construction include: Quy Nhon - Pleiku Expressway Construction Investment Project, with a total capital of VND43,734 billion; the North - South Expressway Connecting Road Project to Phu My Industrial Park, with a total capital of VND2,115 billion; the National Highway 1 connecting road project to the coastal road (DT639) connecting to De Gi Port, with a total capital of VND1,432 billion;
Binh Nghi Industrial Park project in Tay Son commune and An Nhon Tay commune, total capital 1,460 billion VND; Project of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research Center in Quy Nhon Tay ward and Quy Nhon Bac ward, total capital 613 billion VND; Investment project to expand and increase capacity of An Khe Road Factory (phase 2) in An Khe ward, with a total capital of 1,170 billion VND;
The mixed-use apartment construction project in Quy Nhon Nam ward, with a total capital of VND 3,508 billion; the Point No. 2 project (2-2), Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Sea Tourism Area in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (Ngo May commune), with a total capital of VND 2,584 billion.
The inaugural projects include: An Khe Road Factory with a capacity of 18,000 tons - Quang Ngai Road Company in An Khe Ward, total capital of 1,633 billion VND; An Khe Biomass Power Plant (phase 1) in An Khe Ward, with a total capital of 1,919 billion VND.
