Through inspection, the force determined that there were 3 people in the elevator cabin, including 2 patients and 1 medical staff member. Due to the closed space and long hours of being stuck, the victims showed signs of anxiety and panic.

With professional skills, officers and soldiers both reassured the victims and used specialized equipment to access and open the elevator door, ensuring absolute safety.

After only 7 minutes, all 3 victims were successfully rescued, brought out safely, in stable health, and had no injuries recorded.
