On November 17, the Provincial Defense Command of Region 5 - Ayun Pa urgently deployed forces and vehicles, promptly approached and brought all 10 people isolated in the fields to safety.

From the afternoon of November 15, continuous rain in the communes and wards downstream of the Ba River caused the water level of the rivers to rise, many areas were partially flooded.

In Nu village, Uar commune, the flooding situation is still complicated. After storm No. 13, 49 households with 238 people were still flooded; local authorities organized the evacuation of 200 households to a safe place at Nguyen Du High School.

However, many locations with rapid water flows and are deeply cut off, making relief work difficult. Notably, at Uar stream, Ia Ziap village (Uar commune), three people working in the fields, including Mr. Vu Dinh Duyen (born in 1975), Nguyen Duc Trong (born in 2007) and Ksor Tinh (born in 2010), were isolated for many hours by rising floodwaters. The food they brought was gone, and all three had to use corn in the fields to support themselves.

If the rain continues for another 2-3 days, the lives of the victims will be threatened. Faced with a situation beyond the ability to handle, Uar commune requested the Provincial Defense Command of Area 5 - Ayun Pa to support emergency rescue.

The force quickly brought canoes and motorboats across the fast-flowing water to the area where people were stuck. At 11:52, the three citizens were brought safely to the Uar Commune Military Command.

During the search expansion, the working group discovered 7 more people being isolated in the fields. At 1:03 p.m., the rescue team continued to bring all 7 people to safety and stable health.
