Rescuing an old man in Quang Tri lost in the old forest

Quang Tri - Dong Le commune authorities traveled through the forest for many hours to search for the 67-year-old man who had gotten lost.

On July 22, Quang Tri Provincial Police said that Dong Le Commune Police had just found and brought Mr. Vo Xuan Hong (born at 1958, residing in Kim Tan village, Dong Le commune) back safely after he went missing in the old forest.

Previously, at around 8:00 a.m. on July 21, the security and order forces at the grassroots level reported that Mr. Hong had been missing since 11:00 p.m. on July 20. It is known that he had a history of getting lost.

Immediately after receiving the information, Dong Le Commune Police mobilized 30 officers and organized them into many working groups to conduct a search and search. Through verification, the authorities determined that Mr. Hong may have gotten lost in the old forest area in Bac Tho (in the area of the old Thuan Hoa commune).

The Commune Police force and local security forces organized an urgent search through the day in the harsh mountainous forest conditions. At 11:44 p.m. the same day, Mr. Hong was found, approached and taken out of the forest.

The medical team conducted an examination, assessed his initial health condition and handed him over to his family.
