On April 26, Cao Bang Provincial Police issued a public notice to the people about applying the new fee for the service of providing judicial records information via the Provincial Police Electronic Information Portal.
According to Circular No. 16/2025/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance, from April 24 to December 31, 2025, the fee for providing criminal records for online submissions (including via the VNeID application) is adjusted down as follows:
For ordinary citizens: 170,000 VND/time/person (down from the old 200,000 VND/time/person).
For students from 16 years old, students, people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs (fathers, wives, children, martyrs' adoptees): 80,000 VND/time/person (down from the old 100,000 VND/time/person).
Therefore, Cao Bang Provincial Police respectfully notify people to know and proactively implement when they need to provide information on criminal records.
