On July 8, Huong Khe Commune Police said that the unit had just received a culi individual from Mr. Trinh Thach Hoang (born in 2005, residing in Tan Pho village, Huong Khe commune, Ha Tinh province) who voluntarily handed it over.
According to Mr. Hoang, during the process of returning from work, he discovered a culi individual in the roadside area, so he arrested it and brought it to the Huong Khe Commune Police headquarters for handover.
Immediately after that, Huong Khe Commune Police coordinated with Huong Khe Forest Protection Department to carry out procedures for receiving and handing over according to the provisions of law to release them back to nature.
Huong Khe Commune Police recommends that when people detect stray or injured wild animals or detect acts of hunting, keeping, transporting, and illegally trading, they should promptly notify the functional forces for guidance on handling according to regulations.
