The Office of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province has just issued Official Letter No. 325/TB-UBND announcing working hours of administrative agencies, public service agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations in the new Bac Ninh province, applicable from July 1, 2025.
Accordingly, with the consensus of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, after reaching an agreement between the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province announced the working hours of administrative agencies, public service agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations in the new Bac Ninh province, applicable from July 1, 2025, specifically as follows:
Morning working hours: From 07:30 to 11:30.
Afternoon working hours: From 13:00 to 17:00.
In particular, the education and health sectors: Assign the Director of the Department of Education and Training and the Director of the Department of Health to proactively guide educational institutions and health facilities in the province on working hours to suit the practical situation and specific work characteristics of the sector, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Labor Code.
Departments, agencies, branches, sectors, and organizations; People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities in Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces; People's Committees of communes, wards, and towns in Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces; Bac Giang Newspaper, Bac Ninh Newspaper; Bac Giang and Bac Ninh Provincial Radio and Television Station inform and widely propagate to cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, people, and businesses in the area about the new working hours applied from July 1, 2025, ensuring timeliness, so that agencies, units, and individuals know, organize implementation, and contact work.
The new Bac Ninh province (after the merger between Bac Ninh and Bac Giang) has a natural area of 4,718.6 km2 and a population of 3,619,433 people.
The new province has the 5th largest economic scale (GRDP) in the country.
The newly established Bac Ninh province borders Hung Yen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen provinces, Hai Phong city and Hanoi city.
