On March 15, on many central streets of Lang Son province, voters' footsteps were bustling.
In the cool spring weather, red flags fluttered in front of the polling stations, and the sound of loudspeakers echoed throughout the roads leading to Ky Cung Temple and Ta Phu Temple, creating an atmosphere that was both solemn and bustling of the National Election Day.
This year, that atmosphere is even more special when the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term takes place right on Sunday, March 15, 2026, which is also the main day of Ky Cung - Ta Phu festival.

For many people in Lang land, especially young people, the morning of the festival starts with voting, then they set off to attend the festival.
At the polling stations, the listing area, guidance tables, ballot distribution locations and ballot boxes are arranged scientifically, with clear signs. Election team officials guide voters wholeheartedly and thoughtfully in each stage.
In the crowd coming to the polling station early, Hoang Thuy Tien (18 years old, student of the Academy of Journalism and Propaganda) could not hide her emotion when she was given the right to vote for the first time.

Tien said that she has carefully researched the list of candidates and considers this a memorable milestone of 18 years old.
Holding the ballot in my hand for the first time, I was both excited and felt more responsible to the community. I think this is not only a right but also an opportunity for the young generation to show their concern for the issues of the country and the locality," Hoang Thuy Tien expressed.
Sharing the same mindset, Ms. Chu Vu Khanh Ngoc (residing in Dong Kinh ward) said that this year she and her relatives proactively went to vote early to both exercise their citizenship and arrange time to participate in the festival.
This year's election day coincides with the main festival, so from early morning, the atmosphere is very bustling. I think going to the election first, then going to the festival is the most beautiful way for each person to both fulfill their civic responsibilities and maintain the joy of spring.
Seeing many young people go to vote early, I feel very happy because it shows that the spirit of responsibility to the community is becoming clearer and clearer," Ms. Ngoc said.

Not only young people, Mr. Ha Van Dinh (resident at house number 41, Phai Luong 4 street, Luong Van Tri ward) - a retired official said that he came to the polling station with a spirit of excitement and responsibility.
According to Mr. Dinh, the preparation work at the voting area this year was carried out thoughtfully and orderly, creating favorable conditions for voters to exercise their citizen rights.
I have participated in many elections, but every time I clearly feel the solemn and meaningful atmosphere of the all-people festival. This year, the organization is very methodical, staff guides attentively, voters come in large numbers but still orderly.
I hope that those elected will be truly close to the people, listen to the people and be responsible for the essential issues of life," Mr. Dinh shared.

On the roads leading to Ky Cung Temple and Ta Phu Temple, people in neat clothes, holding voter cards, are bustling back and forth.
Many young people take advantage of early voting to be able to join their families and friends in the crowd of people attending the festival. Coincidentally, the spirit of "Vote first, attend the festival later" has become a common choice of many people in Lang land on this special day.
Amidst the red flag, the loudspeaker and the bustling footsteps of people going to the festival, March 15th in Lang Son is not only a festival day, but also a day when faith is placed.
