On June 10, the City People's Committee issued a decision approving the investment policy for the Project to build a road connecting Khuong Viet Street with Provincial Road 131 (Soc Son District).
According to the decision, the route is about 235m long, starting at the intersection of Khuong Viet - Luu Nhan Tru road, ending at the connection with Provincial Road 131 (Nui Doi Street). The route has a cross-section of 30m.
The project will include items: Compensation for site clearance, moving floating underground works; floor, road surface, sidewalks, trees, lighting; weak soil treatment; rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage, technical cages, embankments and other auxiliary items ...
The project belongs to group C with a total estimated investment of VND57.998 billion, using the budget of Soc Son district and will be implemented in the period of 2025-2028.
The goal of the project is to build a road to complete the section connecting Khuong Viet Street, Luu Nhan Tru Street to Provincial Road 131 according to the plan, gradually completing the main traffic infrastructure to be synchronous and modern, ensuring social security, improving the material and spiritual life of the people, maintaining security and national defense in Soc Son District.
The People's Committee of Soc Son district is assigned as the investor, responsible for organizing and implementing investment preparation work, carrying out legal procedures, site clearance, determining the volume of compensation costs close to reality and arranging resettlement (if any).
Along with that, develop a plan and have solutions to organize the implementation of the Project to ensure compliance with the general planning orientations of the Capital and the policy of arranging administrative units in the coming period according to Conclusion 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo. At the same time, evaluate the 5-year medium-term public investment plan 2021-2025 at the level of the State budget and develop a 5-year medium-term public investment plan 2026-2030.
The Departments of Finance, Construction, Planning - Architecture, Agriculture and Environment and related units coordinate with the People's Committee of Soc Son district during the implementation process to ensure the project is implemented in accordance with regulations, efficiency and on schedule.
