Previously, on August 21 and August 24, thousands of people flocked to the central streets of the capital to watch the parade and general parade.
Hanoi City Police said that besides the beautiful and proud images, there are still some unconscious behaviors of the people.
Specifically, the situation of people littering, trampling on newly planted grass and flower beds, jostling and pushing, endangering themselves and those around them, even opposing the authorities on duty... has appeared.
A part of the people act uncivilized, jostle, push up protective fences, argue with each other... creating unsightly images, affecting security, order and urban aesthetics.
