Hanoi reduces at least 30% of the time for handling administrative procedures

    Hanoi - The City People's Committee requires departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to reduce at least 30% of the time for handling administrative procedures.

    On May 7, the Hanoi People's Committee issued an official dispatch on the implementation of Official Dispatch No. 56/CD-TTg dated May 4, 2025 of the Prime Minister.

    Accordingly, the City People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to focus on directing and organizing the implementation of reviewing, cutting and simplifying administrative procedures related to production, business activities and internal administrative procedures.

    In particular, ensuring the targets: abolishing at least 30% of business investment conditions; reducing at least 30% of the time to settle administrative procedures; reducing at least 30% of the cost of compliance with administrative procedures; Complete the implementation of 100% of the plan on the decentralization of the approved administrative procedures approved in Decision No. 1015/QD-TTg of August 30, 2022 of the Prime Minister. 100% of internal administrative procedures are reduced and simplified in accordance with the new provisions of the law on decentralization, decentralization, authorization and the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, implementing the model of two -level local government organizations.

    The completion date is according to the assigned schedule in Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP dated March 26, 2025 of the Government.

    At the same time, focus on reviewing, restructuring the process, integrating and providing 100% of eligible online public services by industry and field of management to the National Public Service Portal in June 2025.

    The Hanoi People's Committee requested the City Public Administration Center to urgently implement the assigned tasks in Document No. 5292/VP-NC dated April 21, 2025 of the City People's Committee, clearly determined the cause of the late late; Completing the general report and statistics of the list of administrative procedures related to production and business activities and announcing and publicizing the internal administrative procedures in accordance with the Government's requirements; Report to the City People's Committee and send to the Government Office before 8.5.2025.
