The People's Committees of the wards: Hoan Kiem, Ha Dong, Tu Liem, Tay Ho, Hai Ba Trung proactively coordinate with the Capital Command and relevant agencies and units to ensure security, order, traffic safety at fireworks display locations and areas and ensure absolute safety for people and equipment before, during and after fireworks display.
