On September 17, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi People's Council said that the thematic session (26th session) of the City People's Council is scheduled to be held on September 23 to review 26 contents under its authority.
Accordingly, at this session, the City People's Council will consider the Resolution approving the adjustment of investment policies for a number of projects including: Land acquisition project, compensation, resettlement support, site clearance of the investment project to build a road connecting Gia Binh airport to Hanoi; the investment project to build Tran Hung Dao bridge; the investment project to build a park on both sides of To Lich river; the investment project to build a road connecting Gia Binh airport to Hanoi.
Also at this session, the City People's Council will approve the report to the Government and the Prime Minister will assign the Hanoi People's Committee as the competent authority to implement the investment project to build a road connecting Ring Road 4 in Hanoi with Ring Road 5 in Ninh Binh province.
The meeting will also consider and approve a resolution amending and supplementing a number of measures to stop supplying electricity and water to works violating land laws and construction order; a Resolution regulating the level of penalties for violations in fire prevention and fighting; a Resolution regulating the level of co-payment of people in emergency care outside hospitals...
In particular, the session will also consider and approve 6 specific draft resolutions on science, technology and innovation to specify the Capital Law 2024.
