In just one week, functional forces have detected and handled 1,313 cases of urban order violations through a high-tech monitoring system, showing the city's determination to restore order on sidewalks and roadways.
According to information from Hanoi City Police, out of a total of 1,313 recorded violations, 54 cases were directly detected through the AI camera system and 1,259 cases were received from people's feedback in 77 communes and wards in the area.

Notably, there are 90 cases related to encroachment and illegal use of sidewalks. The localities recording the highest number of violations include Phu Dong with 44 cases, Ha Dong 30 cases, Lang 29 cases, Tu Liem 24 cases and Bach Mai 23 cases.
In addition, the pilot use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) initially showed positive results. After more than 10 days of deployment in key areas, UAVs have detected 52 violations, including 48 cases of illegal parking and 4 cases of urban order and civilization violations.

Functional forces have directly fined 10 cases with a total amount of more than 7.2 million VND. For the remaining 42 cases, the dossiers have been completed for handling in the form of remote fines.
The application of AI cameras, UAVs and a system to receive feedback from people is contributing to forming a widespread monitoring network, improving the efficiency of urban order management and limiting violations of encroachment on roads and sidewalks.
