On May 14, Dai Xuyen Commune People's Committee organized a conference to review, collect information, documents and measure land plots for organizations, households, and individuals whose land is located within the construction boundary of the Project to invest in building the National Highway 1A spatial axis associated with urban embellishment and reconstruction according to the public-private partnership (PPP) method, BT contract type, section from Ring Road 1 - Kim Lien tunnel intersection to Cau Gie intersection.
According to the plan, the project has a total length of about 36.3km, passing through 8 wards including: Kim Lien, Bach Mai, Phuong Liet, Tuong Mai, Dinh Cong, Hoang Mai, Hoang Liet, Yen So and 10 communes including: Dai Thanh, Thanh Tri, Ngoc Hoi, Thuong Tin, Hong Van, Thuong Phuc, Chuong Duong, Phu Xuyen, Dai Xuyen and Chuyen My.
The starting point of the project connects to Ring Road 1 at the Kim Lien tunnel intersection; the ending point connects to the Cau Gie area in Chuyen My commune.

The project will carry out compensation, support, and resettlement for site clearance. After completion, the road will have a cross-section of 90m, ensuring 10 lanes on the main route and 6 lanes on the parallel roads on both sides.
The project is invested in a modern direction, meeting the requirements of transport development in the future, strengthening connectivity between the central area of the Capital and major cities and southern provinces, coastal areas; and at the same time contributing to urban embellishment and reconstruction along National Highway 1A, promoting socio-economic development in localities where the project passes through.
At the conference, representatives of the surveying consulting unit - Long Phuc Kien Surveying and Informatics Services Co., Ltd. - informed about the scope and route of the project passing through Dai Xuyen commune; and at the same time guided the implementation of reviewing, collecting information, documents and surveying land plots for organizations, households, and individuals with land within the project construction boundary.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Du Anh Hao - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee - requested specialized agencies, villages, residential areas, and cooperatives (HTX) to unify the process of reviewing and collecting information and documents on land plots for organizations, households, and individuals with land within the project construction boundary, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law.
Mr. Du Anh Hao also requested the consulting unit to continue to coordinate to provide complete relevant documents for localities to implement; assign specialized departments to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units, villages, residential areas, and cooperatives to proactively advise the Commune People's Committee to issue documents to serve project implementation; coordinate with the consulting unit to determine the scope, boundaries, origin of land and advise on answering people's opinions related to the project.
At the same time, assigning the Commune General Service Center to strengthen propaganda to help people understand the policy, purpose, and meaning of the project, creating consensus in the implementation process; the Commune Police force strengthens security and order assurance in the area, contributing to the effective implementation of the project according to the set schedule.
