At the conference, the Party Executive Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee reported and asked for opinions on the policy of establishing Ky Anh city.
Ky Anh town is an urban area in the South of Ha Tinh province, playing an important role not only for the urban system of Ha Tinh province in particular but also for the urban system of the North Central region and the country in general.
Building Ky Anh town into a provincial city by 2025, a civilized urban area, associated with the development of Vung Ang Economic Zone is in line with the province's development orientation stated in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.
The planning of Ha Tinh province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, also clearly states: "Ky Anh town is a type II urban area and is expected to become a city by 2025".
At the conference, comrades in the Executive Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee agreed and highly unified with the policy of establishing Ky Anh City.
Therefore, it is recommended that the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province continue to complete the Resolution to submit to the People's Council of Ha Tinh province and speed up the implementation of the next steps of this policy.
At the conference, the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province reported and asked for opinions on the investment policy of the project to build an electric car factory in Vung Ang Economic Zone and the draft Resolution stipulating preferential land rent exemption regime for each area and field for projects using land for production and business purposes in the investment incentive fields.
These contents were also highly agreed upon by the members of the Executive Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, and proposed that the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee submit them to the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council for approval.
