In which, along with the construction of flooring, many groups of workers proceeded to build fences for apartments and construct technical infrastructure items around.

The phase II social housing project in Thanh Sen ward has a total investment of about 550 billion VND, with a scale of more than 500 apartments arranged in 3 12-story buildings, along with 41 3-story commercial housing.
The project is also invested in technical infrastructure systems, green trees, playgrounds, parking lots and synchronous utilities, with a total construction floor area of more than 46,200 m2.

Mr. Tran Quoc Thang - technical officer of Thanh Linh Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. said that currently, taking advantage of favorable weather, the unit is focusing on speeding up construction progress.
In which, the 6th floor is under construction, and at the same time, the brick wall is being built on the 2nd floor, the outer enclosure road and fire prevention and fighting tanks are being constructed.
Today, there are about 80 workers at our company's construction site. Among them, most are concentrated in the construction team with 40 people, and the rest are constructing in the steel team, formwork team, infrastructure and electricity and water team," Mr. Thang shared.

According to the Commander of Tan Hai Son Construction Joint Stock Company, the unit undertaking the building with a scale of 12 floors, has now constructed to the 6th floor floor.
Currently, the unit is focusing maximum manpower to ensure the project's progress milestones, striving to meet the expected roof lift milestone on May 19, 2026.
According to a representative of the Ha Tinh Provincial Development Investment Fund (the investor), the entire construction site of the Phase II Social Housing project in Thanh Sen ward is currently entering the peak construction phase with the participation of many contractors.
According to the investor's assessment, some items of the project have now reached and exceeded the schedule thanks to the maximum mobilization of resources and application of appropriate construction measures.
To ensure progress, the investor has directed construction units to take advantage of favorable weather, focus on increasing manpower and machinery to organize continuous construction in 3 shifts, 4 teams.

Along with accelerating progress, special attention must be paid to ensuring labor safety and ensuring project quality. The investor also regularly sends officials to closely monitor the construction site to promptly remove difficulties arising during the project implementation.
