On October 6, the Dak Lak Province Traffic Construction Investment and Rural Development Project Management Board (Board A) informed that in order to practically celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party, Dak Lak province registered 2 traffic projects to be completed in December 2025.
Component project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Project Phase 1 and the Ho Chi Minh Road Construction Investment Project, the East bypass section of Buon Ma Thuot (East bypass project).
Mr. Dang Tho Dan - Head of the Traffic Project Management Department (under Board A) - commented: "Both of the above projects are invested by the unit. By early October 2025, the disbursement progress of public investment capital for construction items of the project is still ensuring the plan".
According to Mr. Dan, these are key transport projects of the province. Since the beginning of May, the weather has been very unfavorable, with heavy rain affecting the construction process. The investor has requested contractors to focus on vehicles and materials. When the weather is favorable, units increase human resources, construction machinery and equipment, and financial resources to organize "3 shifts, 4 teams".
At the same time, the investor will coordinate with relevant units to strengthen inspection and prevention of corruption, negativity and waste in projects.
"If the weather is favorable, we hope the projects will soon be completed to practically celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party," Mr. Dan added.
