The Department of Finance of Hai Duong province said that, based on the proposal of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, the units have chaired the review, advised the Provincial People's Committee to consider and decide to assign working headquarters to 64 newly formed communes and wards after the arrangement of commune-level administrative units.
The arrangement plan is built on the principle of effectively exploiting existing facilities, choosing a convenient location, suitable scale, and stable operating conditions. Depending on the specific situation of each locality, the head office is located in one of the old communes/wards, with the second facility located at the remaining headquarters to serve professional work, receive people or arrange for the police force, medical staff...
Hai Duong City has 9 new wards, most of the headquarters are located in central wards such as Cam Thuong (Thanh Dong Ward), Tan Binh (Le Thanh Nghi Ward), Tien Tien (Nam Dong Ward)... Chi Linh City chose to locate the headquarters of some wards at the City Party Committee or the city's administrative center, such as Chu Van An Ward, Kinh Mon Ward (Kinh Mon Town) located at the Town Party Committee.
Similarly, districts such as Kim Thanh, Thanh Ha, Cam Giang, Binh Giang, Gia Loc, Nam Sach, Tu Ky, Ninh Giang, Thanh Mien... have also identified new headquarters locations. In which, many central communes are chosen as the main headquarters, the remaining communes are arranged as a secondary facility or a regular commune police headquarters, medical stations, administrative dossier reception points...
The early completion of the plan to arrange working headquarters is a necessary step for the new communes and wards to officially operate after July 1, 2025, while ensuring the continuous operation of the administrative apparatus, creating favorable conditions for people to work and transact.
