The procedure for granting the first scientific and technological activity certificate to the organization and representative office now only has 7.5 working days left.
Not only streamlining time, the Department of Science and Technology of Hai Duong province also proceeded to abolish 68 old internal processes, and at the same time publicized electronic processes on the province's Administrative Procedure Information System and the National Public Service Portal, ensuring consistency and transparency.
All of these administrative procedures are received and returned at the Hai Duong Provincial Public Administration Service Center, making it easy for organizations and individuals to access and complete the documents conveniently and quickly.
