Two 11th grade students collide with a pickup truck, one student dies

    Nghe An - On the way home from school, two 11th grade students collided with a pickup truck in the same direction. The accident caused one death and one serious injury.

    On April 1, information from the People's Committee of Ky Son commune, Tan Ky district (Nghe An) said that a serious traffic accident had just occurred in the area, killing 1 student and injuring another.

    At around 11am on March 31, on the Ho Chi Minh Highway through Ky Son Commune, two students riding a motorbike without a license plate crashed into the rear of a pickup truck turning left.

    The strong collision caused serious injuries to D.V.H and T.K.B (both born in 2008, residing in Tan Huong commune, 11th grade students at Tan Ky High School). Both were taken to the emergency room, however, H. did not survive, and B. was being transferred to another treatment facility.

    At the scene, the motorbike and the pickup truck were severely damaged. The authorities were present to protect the scene, direct traffic and investigate the cause of the incident.
