Previously, on the evening of August 5, social networks spread a clip recording the scene of two men chasing and fighting on To Ngoc Van Street, through Hiep Binh Ward. The incident occurred while many vehicles were traveling in a crowded manner, causing panic among the surrounding people.
According to the clip, the two rushed in to attack each other with weapons, then continued to chase each other on the road, despite the presence of many vehicles and passersby.
Currently, Hiep Binh Ward Police are extracting camera footage from the area, tracing the identities of the two people involved to invite them to work, and handling them according to the law.
