On August 6, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Nam Sam Son Ward People's Committee, Thanh Hoa Province, said that the incident of the Ward's Public Administration Service Center posting information in the area about a brokerage "brokerage" appearing, accepting to work as an administrative procedure broker for people was due to a mistake.
According to this leader, in some provinces and cities across the country, there has been a situation of "brokers" for services in administrative procedures. After that, the ward officials, when they had this information, re-posted it with the purpose of warning the people.
"The fault is that the staff members did not write according to standards; the network management staff at the center were young and lacked experience, so they showed that in Nam Sam Son ward, there was a situation of paper "brokerage". Immediately after learning about the incident, we requested to revoke the posted information" - said a representative of Nam Sam Son Ward People's Committee.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, the Nam Sam Son Ward Public Administration Service Center, Thanh Hoa Province issued a notice that recently, in the locality, there have been a number of subjects with signs of brokerage, taking on administrative procedures for people for personal gain - often called " document brokers".
According to the announcement of this Center, these subjects take advantage of the psychology of wanting to do things quickly, saving people's time and effort to resort to tricks such as: knowing the staff, "doing things quickly without having to wait"... and then asking for payment according to the agreement. The situation of "brokers" appears frequently in areas such as: land, business registration, civil status, construction permits...
The Ward Public Administration Service Center affirms that all administrative procedures have a process and settlement deadline according to the provisions of law. Therefore, promises to be "made quickly" are just tricks to lure, collect money, and even pose a risk if the application is invalid.
