Implementing the direction of Hung Yen Provincial Police and local authorities, Quynh Phu Commune Police have established a Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue, developing a storm response plan associated with ensuring security and order. The police force maintains a combat duty regime, coordinating with the People's Committee of the commune to establish working groups to clear and clear traffic safety corridors, prune tree branches on main roads, and limit damage when storms occur.
Working groups have gone to key areas to grasp the situation, handle vulnerable bridges and culverts, and at the same time resolve violations related to flood drainage systems and traffic safety. The commune police also reviewed collective housing areas, boarding houses, and level 4 houses at risk of collapsing, especially focusing on single-parent elderly households, policy families, and riverside households so that the commune People's Committee can develop a relocation plan and provide timely support in case of emergency situations.

At the same time, propaganda tools have been deployed to each household, helping people clearly understand the developments and measures to prevent storms.
People in other communes have also proactively prevented the storm. In Luong Bang commune, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan shared: Knowing that the storm was coming, I took the opportunity to harvest vegetables early to avoid crop failure. At the same time, brace against scaffolding and corrugated iron roofs in the garden, prepare carefully to limit damage".

Meanwhile, in Tan Hung commune, Mr. Tran My - the owner of the longan growing cooperative - not only checked the longan garden and fish cages but also tied up banana trees to limit broken paths when the storm came.
Mr. My said: Bananas are easily uprooted when the wind is strong, I use ropes carefully at each root, and prepare materials to protect the longan garden. If I take the initiative early, the storm will reduce damage".

The police force fully prepared materials and means, inspected and protected construction works, prevented technical incidents or sabotage acts. Patrol plans and security and order before, during and after the storm are strictly implemented to prevent theft and acts of instability in the area.
