Management units (Construction Management and Maintenance Centers and contractors) of river bridges organize a ban on vehicles traveling through large bridges across the river under unfavorable weather conditions that directly affect the safety of exploitation or under the surprise direction of the local government where the bridge passes until there is a notice to resume operation. Specifically, bridges with special structures of Hoang Van Thu, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai, Kien, Binh bridges, when the wind speed is over 15m/s - 20m/s measured on the bridge surface 1.8m from the bridge surface, motorbikes, bicycles, rudimentary bicycles, and pedestrians must be prohibited from crossing the bridge. The remaining bridges continue to be monitored and implemented according to the announcement of the Department of Construction when necessary.
