The leave is calculated as leave arranged by the company. Specifically, from the night of July 21 to July 22, storm No. 3 is forecast to directly affect Hai Phong and surrounding areas, causing heavy rain, strong gusts of wind, risk of flooding, and unsafety when traveling. To ensure the safety of all workers, the company has allowed workers in workshops in Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hung Yen to take a night shift on July 21, the afternoon shift from 1:45 p.m. to 9:55 p.m. has also been adjusted down from 1:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On July 22, morning, afternoon and administrative shifts are off. On July 23, workers returned to work normally.

In addition to these two enterprises, according to the representative of the Industrial Park Trade Union of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, many enterprises in industrial parks have also adjusted working hours to ensure the safety of workers during storm Wipha.
